Local official could banned from the Casino
Public Administrator Bonnie Sue Lawson from Buchanan County is liable to be excluded by the casino serving as the gambling nature got her in to problems.
In April she was convicted to 37 months in a federal prison for embezzling $174,405 in Social Security funds and also will be on parole for 3 years,beeing banned from gambling and having to reimburse $119,063.
Ms.Lawson`s fate will be decided by the Missouri Gaming Commission on the 2nd of December when a meeting will take place.
“The courts made it a special condition of supervised release,” said Gene McNary, of the commission. “That is the nexus for us.”
